MentorAbility Northwest Territories: Bridging Distance through Connections

The newest MentorAbility Hub to join our national network covers the vast area of the Northwest Territories (NWT), a region that is rich, both geographically and culturally, and is experiencing growth in terms of employment inclusion.

MentorAbility Canada coordinates its efforts through the partnership between the CASE national team, MentorAbility Hubs, and Community Partners.

This strategic network supports in:
   
  • increasing mentoring connections and opportunities,  
  • enhancing facilitation, community outreach, and networking, and
  • raising awareness to advance employment inclusion for job seekers experiencing disability.

MentorAbility Hubs

The MentorAbility initiative is coordinated by CASE and implementing partners, called MentorAbility Hubs. MentorAbility Hubs are CASE member organizations who coordinate program activities in their province or territory. 

The MentorAbility Hub coordinators also establish partnerships with other supported employment service providers and community organizations to increase the reach and number of MentorAbility mentorship matches.
